About

I help businesses automate repetitive tasks, connect their tools, and build reliable workflows—with a QA mindset that helps catch errors before they become bigger problems.

I'm an automation-focused QA professional with approximately one year of experience in manual testing, Playwright automation, API testing, and software quality assurance. I build workflow automations using n8n and GoHighLevel, and I apply my testing background to validate data, investigate failures, and check whether workflows behave as expected.

WHAT I CAN HELP YOU AUTOMATE

Workflow Automation
- Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
- Build and improve n8n workflows.
- Set up GoHighLevel workflows, lead capture, and follow-ups.
- Connect Google Sheets, email, and supported APIs.
- Implement AI-powered information processing, classification, and routing.

Workflow Testing & Validation
- Test automation workflows using normal and edge-case scenarios.
- Validate required fields, dates, records, and API responses.
- Identify failed steps, incorrect outputs, and duplicate processing.
- Check that information reaches the intended destination.
- Document issues and troubleshoot workflow failures.
- Add logging, notifications, and error handling where appropriate.

QA & Test Automation
- Manual, functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Playwright automation using TypeScript.
- API testing using Postman.
- Data checks using SQL.
- Performance testing using JMeter.
- Clear bug reports with reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Executed 90+ test cases and reported 30+ bugs during testing work.
- Built a Playwright automation framework and worked on reducing manual regression effort.
- Performed JMeter testing across 34 endpoints with 100 concurrent users.
- Built workflow automations using n8n and GoHighLevel, including lead capture, follow-ups, notifications, and Google Sheets integrations.

WHAT MAKES MY APPROACH DIFFERENT

I combine workflow automation with a quality-first mindset. I don't just focus on getting an automation to run. I also check whether it produces the correct results.

My QA background helps me identify potential issues such as missing or invalid data, failed API requests, duplicate actions, and unexpected AI outputs. I test different scenarios, troubleshoot problems, and verify that information flows correctly between connected tools.

My goal is to help you build automations that are not only functional but also reliable, easier to maintain, and ready for real-world use.

LET'S DISCUSS YOUR WORKFLOW

If you need help automating a repetitive task, connecting business applications, improving an existing workflow, or testing an automation for reliability, send me a message describing your current process and desired outcome.

I'll help identify a practical solution, clarify the scope, and explain how we can validate that it works as expected.
